in the router. Ttime and Tcost do not include the first/last link. Distance with this includes the last link. Change the second 1.0 to 0.o so that also the last link is not included into the router.
This will then always be too "short", but at least it will be consistent.
The teleportation mobsim could compensate for this. One would need different teleportation mobsims for qsim and jdeqsim. This, however, actually makes sense because they are the ones that know their own dynamics.
Don't forget access/egress router!
