Running error for MATSim-example-project on GitHub

Hello all,

After installing Matsim by checking out the example project from Github by following "Matsim class 2018 at TU Berlin", I get the following message (see image) when I try to run Matsim. Does anyone have an idea of what it can be? Thank you.
