The shortest path and train capacity of transit agents in public transport of MATSim

Hello all,

I am doing research about public transport in MATSim. I am not so clear about the existing function of MTASim in the following two aspects.  I will be very appreciate if you can help.

1.  Is the shortest path of transit agents in MATSim calculated from one activity to the next activity? Can I do replanning for transit agents from one bus stop (instead of starting from activity) to the next activity?
2.  Is the vehicle capacity (public transport)  in MATSim always enough? Can some agents be denied if some train capacity is limited?
